Hard deadline for registration and payment is Monday April 13. Book will be mailed to you April 14. You must make a class choice:

Class 1: Monday April 20th either 9:30-1 or 4:30-8.

Class 2: Wednesday April 22 either 9:30-1 or 4:30-8.

Exam: Monday April 27 9-1 at Piedmont Food Processing Center.
