Join us for an intense review of the material, then the exam.

This will be an old-school, paper and pencil administration: scantron, #2 pencils, the whole bit.

THIS IS NOT A CLASS. Please be careful: this is for people who know their stuff. If you are not already a master, you will need to obtain a book or an online course (look at Servsafe.com) + STUDY THE MATERIAL ahead of time. If you are a PFPC client + need a book, see Sue Ellsworth.

Feel free to bring snacks or drinks: take good care of yourself.

Fee includes everything you need.

Exam will begin about 1.5 hours in: if you’re sure you don’t need the refresher, you can register just for the (2 hour) exam, just arrive 10 minutes or so before the start time to get settled in.

Hard deadline for registration and payment is Thursday October 8.
