Come join us for an intensive and thorough course that will help you feel confident and competent in your role as the PIC (Person In Charge) for inspections, and give you a solid foundation of food safety management principles for your business. It’s fun, too! Bring your drinks, your snacks, your questions, put your feet up and let’s learn together.

Course is in 3 parts, with homework and practice tests in between.

Registration includes all 3 days, plus the Servsafe Manager book (with update), practice exams, and your exam fee.

Part 1: 3 hours Classroom

Part 2: 3 hours Classroom

Part 2: 3 hours Refresher + Exam

Watch times carefully: this exam will begin promptly at 10:30, and you will not be admitted if you are late.
