This administration will be paper-and-pencil, so bring only your study materials (and coffee and breakfast, if you want) I’ll have everything else you need: your fee includes everything.

THIS IS NOT A CLASS. Please be careful: this is for people who know their stuff. If you are not already a master, you will need to obtain a book or an online course (look at Servsafe.com) AND STUDY THE MATERIAL ahead of time. If you are a PFPC client and need a book, see Sue Ellsworth.

Bring snacks or drinks if you want: take good care of yourself.

Exam will begin promptly at 11:00. If you’re sure you don’t need the refresher, you can register just for the exam, just arrive 10 minutes or so before the start time to get settled and logged in.

Hard deadline for registration and payment is Monday April 13.

If you can’t make this one, check next month: we do this the last Monday of pretty much every month. If you can never make a Monday reach out and we’ll make something work for you!
