This 2-part webinar series will cover crucial areas that a business owner should know in order to make a food business legal, safe and profitable in the long term. Part One
Lots of people start food businesses from home. Though it's illegal, it's real-life, and it's the way many businesses get started or "tried on". In Part One, we'll discuss the realities of commercial food preparation, basics of food safety and sanitation, and the risks and liabilities faced by home-based cooks and caterers. Includes a live Q&A session.

Part Two will be held on Wednesday, March 22 from 12:00 - 2:00
